Email preview
Open public concept page ↗The business receives the same saved email as your preview. Saving edits creates a new version that needs another preview. “Accepted” means Resend accepted the message, not confirmed inbox delivery.
SMS / mobile
ClickSend sends from your configured Australian mobile sender. Sending uses your account balance and longer messages can be billed as multiple parts. Promotional SMS is blocked until you record evidence of consent. If a send result is uncertain, check ClickSend logs before retrying.
Facebook message
Open the business page, choose Message, then paste and send. Opening the page or copying text does not send a message.
