This policy explains how SecureNow.online (“SecureNow”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit our website, order an SEO or security audit, ask about website design, or communicate with us.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- your name, email address and phone number;
- the website address submitted for an audit, your comments, and information needed to prepare and deliver the report;
- information you share during a website design enquiry or consultation, and the concepts or design work prepared for you;
- business names and contact details, including details from public business listings or websites, and contact preferences used to manage enquiries and outreach; and
- basic technical information in hosting and security logs, such as the time of a request, browser details and IP address.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number or card security code. We receive payment and checkout information such as the product, amount, payment status and transaction reference so we can fulfil your order and respond to payment questions.
How we use information
We use information to:
- process and administer orders, arrange design discussions, prepare reports and concepts, and provide requested follow-up;
- communicate about your order or enquiry and respond to support requests;
- maintain business records, prevent misuse, secure our services and meet legal obligations; and
- manage relevant business enquiries and outreach where permitted, and record and honour requests not to be contacted.
You can ask us to stop marketing contact at any time by replying to our message or emailing hello@securenow.online. We action opt-out requests within the time required by applicable law.
Website audits and service providers
To prepare an audit, we inspect publicly available information about the website address you submit. Depending on the checks requested and services configured for that report, the website address, technical information, search terms or relevant page content may be sent to service providers used for performance, search, threat or AI-assisted analysis. Some optional lookups may use provider quotas or incur a cost to SecureNow.
We also use service providers to operate the website and fulfil orders, including hosting, operational records, email, and Stripe for payment processing. They process information as needed to provide their services under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and overseas processing
Information may be stored in our business systems and by the service providers described above. Those providers may process or store information in Australia or other countries, depending on their service and infrastructure locations. We take reasonable steps to use information only for the purposes described here and to protect it from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, manage follow-up or disputes, maintain business and tax records, and meet legal requirements. Retention periods depend on the type of record and the provider holding it. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards; no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Access, correction and privacy concerns
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern by emailing hello@securenow.online. Please describe your request and include enough information for us to identify the relevant order or enquiry. We will review and respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be able to raise the matter with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, subject to its rules and the privacy laws that apply to us.
Cookies and external links
Our marketing pages do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If you continue to Stripe Checkout, Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies for checkout, fraud prevention and security. Links to other websites are governed by those sites’ own privacy policies.
