Service terms
Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These terms apply when you use SecureNow.online or purchase an SEO audit, security audit, or website design consultation and concept pack from SecureNow (“we”, “us”). The price and description shown at checkout form part of your order.
SEO and security audit reports
Each audit order covers the website and report type selected at checkout. We assess publicly available website information using the checks and tools available for that report. Audits are external and do not require your login credentials. You must own the website or have the owner’s permission before ordering an audit.
A report describes observations made during the checks performed. Websites and search results change, and some checks or third-party data may be unavailable or time-sensitive. An audit is not a guarantee that every issue has been found, that a website is secure, or that its search ranking or traffic will improve.
Report delivery and included re-check
We email an HTML report within 48 hours after payment is confirmed. A bundle order includes both selected reports, delivered by email.
Each report includes one complimentary re-check. After you have actioned the relevant recommendations, request it within 30 days after you have made those fixes. It covers the originally reported scope and checks whether the relevant findings have changed.
Website design consultation and concept pack
The one-off consultation and concept pack price is shown at checkout. It covers a design discussion and a tailored concept pack, delivered within 48 hours after that discussion. The concept pack helps establish a design direction; it is not a completed, hosted website.
Any full website design or build is quoted separately. The currently advertised range is an estimate only; the final fixed price depends on agreed content, page count, features and integrations. We will confirm the scope, price and timing with you before full build work begins. Hosting is not included. Help setting up the finished website with your preferred hosting provider may be arranged as an extra.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars. The amount and payment terms displayed at checkout apply to your order. Payment is processed by Stripe. The audit and consultation/concept pack payments are one-off; they do not create a subscription or recurring charge.
Questions, cancellations and remedies
If you have a question about an order, need to discuss cancelling it, or believe a service has a problem, contact hello@securenow.online with your order details. We will work with you to address the issue. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable law are not excluded or limited by these terms. Any remedy depends on the circumstances and the rights that apply.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion, or compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the problem rectified in a reasonable time. If it is not rectified, you may be entitled to cancel the contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion.
Website use and changes to these terms
Please provide accurate order information and do not use our website or services unlawfully. We may update these terms when our services change. The version published here applies from its update date; a change does not remove rights attached to an earlier order or rights that cannot be excluded by law.
